Is Cloudtryx Invoice forever free?
Yes. The Free plan costs ₹0 per month and never expires. However, there are a few limitations to it, like it includes up to 50 invoices, 10 clients, unlimited estimates, PDF downloads and basic reports. No credit card is required to sign up.
How much does Cloudtryx Invoice cost per month?
The Business plan costs ₹149 per month, or ₹1,499 per year if you pay annually, that is, you pay for ten months only and get a subscription of twelve months.
Is there a free trial?
We at Cloudtryx Invoice offer something better than a free trial, a free plan that doesn't expire. Instead of a 14 or 30-day countdown, you can use Cloudtryx Invoice free for as long as you like, and upgrade only when you hit the invoice or client limit.
Does Cloudtryx Invoice support GST invoices in India?
Yes. Cloudtryx Invoice supports GST-related invoicing for Indian businesses, including GSTIN and HSN-related information and GST reports.
What's the difference between the Free and Business plans?
With the free plan you can only create 50 invoices, add 10 clients to the account, and every invoice carries a Cloudtryx Invoice watermark. The business plan removes all three limits and adds better and much needed features like GST reports, WhatsApp sharing, payment reminders, Excel exports, expense tracking, e-signatures and a second business account.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your Cloudtryx Invoice account settings. Also, there's no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all commonly used payment methods like UPI, net banking, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and American Express).
Is GST included in the price?
No. We charge a flat pricing from our customers and do not add GST to the final amount.
Are Cloudtryx invoices GST compliant?
Yes. You can add GSTIN, HSN and SAC codes, set CGST/SGST/IGST rates and generate tax invoices and bills of supply. The Business plan also produces GSTR-1 data and GST reports in PDF and Excel.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your invoices and client records stay in your account. Read access is with the account owner always, and you can also download PDFs of all the invoices or any other document created. You'll simply be capped at the Free plan's limits for new invoices.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually costs ₹1,499 instead of ₹1,788, a saving of ₹289, or roughly two months free.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on secure cloud infrastructure, and only you and users you invite can access your account.
